BET Executive, Stephen Hill attended the BET Awards taping, of course, but he did the unexpected… He tweeted about the terrible performance by Waka Flocka Flame.
This story is a little crazy, but I was able to get some help in explaining it with the help of NecoleBitchie.com…
Supposedly, Waka performed, but it was the wrong song that was agreed on between Waka’s camp and BET. So Stephen Hill watched Waka Flocka’s performance and tweeted this…
Waka. Flacka. Flamed. Out.
BET Hip-Hop Awards. The show was going so well…and then Waka Flak-ed. Yeah. I said it.
RT @WakaFlocka1017: I KICK ASS I DONT KISS ASS<>
We put a lot of resources into making all of our shows hot and big. We want to give ALL forms of hip-hop a shot to shine on a big stage. The BET Hip-Hop Awards, like it or not, is the single most expensive show on TV that focuses on Hip-Hop music. We take pride in providing platforms for and elevated levels of production to Hip-Hop music in our shows; esp. BET HipHop Awards. Massive respect to those that understand our love of music…and quite frankly sometimes take advantage of it. By that I mean that…
…We’ve had shows that go over budget because the artist has a vision and we’ll try VERY hard to match it…and sometimes matching means $ Because at the end of the day, we want to support artists and exhibit Black Musical Art as best we can. We aren’t perfect, but.. …any shortcoming is NEVER due to lack of trying. We just ask that artists treat our show with respect…as we make ever effort to… …respect their desires and process. Means everything. I admit. I love what I do. I respect artists interested in artistry… …and I’ve OFTEN said I’m the luckiest guy in the world. Loved shows from the womb. The spectacle. The process. Respect. Much respect. All that said (I know I’m rambling): you ain’t gotta like our shows, butif you gonna be on one, respect it
Then Waka tweets back…
how the f*** u invite Waka Flocka and hate when i jump N the crowd to connect more wit fans and friends

Well, after all was said and done Waka’s DJ tweeted Stephen Hill, saying that he played the wrong track and Waka Flocka just went with the music.
Hmmmm…??? What do you say after all of that???
