They both are fried chicken restaurateur. As I previously reported [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Flavor Flav[/lastfm] was looking to create his first restaurant, Flav’s Fried Chicken. Well, it looks like the Public Enemy hypeman is scheduled to have a grand opening today.

You’ll have to head to Clinton, Iowa and sink your teeth into Flav’s chicken. You can also expect the “entrepreneur” to create his own line of liquor called Le Flav Spirits.

Even Flav admits is “way out here in the middle of some place”? This is the first of what Flav says will be “hundreds” of Flav’s Fried Chicken locations — which he says will open within in the next year(!). And he fully intends to get behind the counter — Flav graduated from culinary school in 1978 and has cooked in several restaurants.
