[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Trey Songz[/lastfm] is getting hit for $18 million over the production of  popular track “Bottoms Up”.

Doc Mob Records, a Washington, D.C. based production company has teamed up with IHip Hop Music and producer, Derrick Price to file a lawsuit against Trey Songz, Atlantic Records, Kodak, producer Kane Beatz and manager Gee Robertson for not being credited for the work done on “Bottoms Up”. It is said that Doc Mob Records has tried to reconcile with Atlantic Records, however since they were ignored they decided to take it through the court system. The reason Kodak is pulled into this lawsuit is due to the use of the track in its SoKodak campaign.
