[photogallerylink id=63172 align=left]Ciara says she usually spends about an hour in the gym five to six times a week and also watches a strict diet, eating about five small meals a day and avoiding salt at all costs.
Ciara also believes it’s 85% what you eat and 15% how you work out – whether that ‘work out’ is dancing or just a quick excercise session in your living room.
