Tupac’s Shooter Comes Clean & Apologizes On The Eve Of His 40th Birthday

According to allhiphop.com Dextor Issac confessed to the shooting after being identified by Jimmy Henchman. In a statement related to Henchman’s cocaine indictment.  Dextor Issac said “I want to apologize to his [Tupac Shakur] family and for the mistake I did for that sucker [Jimmy Henchman]. I am trying to clean it up to give [Tupac and Biggie’s] mothers some closure. ”

Dextor Issac was indicted by the government in 1998 and was subsequently sentenced to life in prison for murder, robbery, fraud and witness intimidation charges. In Issac’s confession he says he is still in possession of the jewelry that was stolen in the November 7th 1994  altercation.
