If I don’t grow then I die.” credit=”Trey Songz”] In a music industry that relies on artists to always show and prove their musical talents,  Trey Songz believes that he is here to stay.  He recently sat down with ThisisRnB TV to discuss his growth as a musician and what makes him young R&B.

“I don’t know if I can say this without sounding like I love myself to death, but I think I’m the cornerstone in young R&B,” he said. ” And I think especially within the last month, I’ve made it evident that I plan to be that. And what I think I’ve also given myself  the opportunity to do with putting so much R&B into the marketplace, I think I’ve given myself the opportunity to grow. I’m here to make music. If I don’t grow then I die.”
