This week will probably be one of the best weeks ever for one simple reason…it’s my BIRTHDAYYY and it’s sure to be amazing. For details click here.

Free’s Birthday Celebration
February 7th

So, don’t believe Wikipedia; no I am not 43 *sigh * but tomorrow is my born day and we will be getting it poppin’ for my first celebration! You’re invited, but don’t forget my gift. Lol…but really. Keep listening to “More Music Mornings with Free” to find out the location and details.

And in other news, here’s what is going down in the DMV for the week of February 6th:

Lebron James Makes an Appearance
February 9th
Shadow Room

This Friday night, Lebron James and the rest of the Miami Heat will be in the DMV taking on our Wiz Kids, but before they step on the court, King James plans to celebrate at Shadow Room. Doors open at 10pm.

Mike Epps: I’m Still Standing Tour
February 10th
Constitution Hall

Funny man Mike Epps has two shows this week, and yes there are still tickets available! If you weren’t so lucky to win them on the morning show with me, there is still hope for you yet. There was a second show added, so don’t wait to get yours.

And for the kids…

“Peter Pan: The Boy Who Hated Mothers”
February 8th
No Rules Theater Company

Created for ages 10 and up, this theater event plans to portray the story of Peter Pan as it was meant to be shown, but never seen before. For $25, you and your family can witness the retelling of “Peter and Wendy” and the rest of the children who never wanted to grow up. Let’s continue to support the arts.

That’s all folks. Have a great week, and maybe I’ll see you around.
xoxo
