Mase To Make G.O.O.D. Music Comeback

Is Mase really G.O.O.D.? That’s the question surrounding the veteran Harlem MC who got the hip-hop nation buzzing with a simple tweet. The rapper-turned-Pastor recently hinted that he’s been approached by Kanye West’s ever-expanding G.O.O.D. Music roster.

“Wow… I just got a G.O.O.D. offer!!!” Mase Tweeted.

Mase didn’t elaborate but the message said lots. In the past, West has expressed his respect for the slow-flowing rhymer who became a superstar in the ’90s as a multi-platinum headliner on Bad Boy Records.

But West isn’t the only hip-hop boss reportedly trying to sign Mase. Rumors surfaced that the rapper was in talks with Rick Ross’ Maybach Music clique, ignited by Mase’s feature on the remix to Wale’s “Slight Work.”

A signing to G.O.O.D. Music would mark the rapper’s second official comeback. In 2004, he came out of retirement to put out Welcome Back. Meanwhile, Kanye West has been busy expanding his burgeoning G.O.O.D. Music outfit. Q-Tip, 2 Chainz, and Teyana Taylor have all recently been announced as new members of the family who couldn’t turn down a G.O.O.D. offer.
