When you have a story as big as Drake versus Chris Brown you can surely expect tons of rumors and false reports from the media. This all has been a big HOT mess! We’ve seen videos and photos from the “brawl” but no one has been able to determine who REALLY started this mess.

In the latest development, police have shut down New York City nightclub W.i.P. last Saturday due to code violations. However, NYPD didn’t give any specific details onto why the nightclub was completely shut down under code violations. The club manager, Johnthan Canter, was also arrested on Friday on two outstanding warrants due to outregous noise complaints over the West Village club.

“The owners would agree to the closing by NYPD for up to 235 days if additional assault and other violations of the agreement occurred,” an NYPD spokesmen told E! News

Chris Brown, his girlfriend and his body guard were among eight injured during the fight inside the nightclub last week. San Antonio Spurs NBA star Tony Parker also suffered from a few minor scratches during the scuffle.

Reports also claims another innocent bystander has came forward by the name of Lucy Pavlovsky, 24, plans to file lawsuit after being left with gashes stemming from the dispute.
