NBA’s Tony Parker Suing W.I.P Nightclub For 20 Million Dollars (Over Drake/Chris Brown Fight)
This story just keeps getting messier by the day! San Antonio Spurs Tony Parker is suing Manhattan New York City nightclub and its operator for $20 million over a scratched retina that he received during the fight between Chris Brown and Drake last week.
Parker, holds W.i.P’s owners responsible for the “corneal laceration of the left eye and other injuries” that he had suffered last week from the bottle throwing brawl. Parker also believes that the owners of nightclub W.i.P should of known better to let these two love rivals into the club at the sometime knowing the history over Rihanna.
Papers were filled in Manhattan Supreme Court against New York City nightclub W.i.P’s owners on Monday and this is just a few things that Parker’s Lawyer, David Jaroslawicz had to say about his injuries, the brawl and suit:
“Parker’s wounds are not yet known but noted eye injuries “certainly don’t improve your outside shot.”
“The suit does not name Brown or Drake, who have both dated Rihanna, as defendants but blames the club for creating the combustible combination.”
“The defendants were reckless, careless and negligent in permitting Drake’s entourage and Brown’s entourage to be in the club at the same time despite known tension between the two,” the filing says.
“She’s been known, like Helen of Troy, to cause trouble,” Jaroslawicz said of Rihanna.
Jaroslawicz, believes that the club should be held liable for sending both camps of Chis Brown and Drake bottle service and booze that lead to the brawl.
“you’re throwing gasoline on the flames,” Jaroslawicz said. He said he had yet to see their bar tab, “but it’s probably more than kids’ tuition for the year.”
Parker’s injuries is a tremendous deal because this all could possibly affect his NBA career and his performance in the Olympics for the French National basketball team.
