A judge ordered an audit of Chris Brown’s community service work Tuesday, just days after the singer’s fifth album, Fortune, hit shelves to a successful debut.

Breezy has been a busy man with the release of the album, which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. The album’s fourth single, “Don’t Wake Me Up,” dropped in May, but Brown’s latest appearance is alongside Lil Wayne and David Guetta in “I Can Only Imagine.”

Meanwhile, in the midst of Brown’s latest success, a prosecutor involved in his felony assault case is claiming discrepancies in the community service reports related to his five-year probation sentence for beating then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.

Deputy District Attorney Mary Murray requested the audit, stating that the records of Brown’s work are out of date and unclear on the number of hours and location of his service. The “Turn Up the Music” singer was reportedly assigned to graffiti removal, roadside cleanup and other manual labor.

Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg approved the request, saying that Brown has indeed completed a considerable amount of hours. Brown’s attorney did not object to the audit and reportedly did not seem concerned.

Brown did not attend the Tuesday hearing, but is required to appear at his next progress report on August 21.

Fortune is available on Amazon.
