Cee Lo Green is the subject of a sexual battery investigation, in which he denies any wrongdoing.

A woman accused Green of sexual assault in a recent report, according to TMZ. While the LAPD has not named the alleged victim or revealed any details about the accusation, TMZ reports that detectives have questioned several people who in relationship to the case.

For his part, Green categorically denies that he has done anything wrong.

“Nothing ever happened there [at a restaurant believed to be a site of interest] or anywhere else,” he told TMZ. 

In September Cee Lo announced plans to play himself in a new sitcom. Ali Leroi, a co-creator of Everybody Hates Chris and Are We There Yet? will handle writing duties for the as yet untitled program.
