Anthony David Explains Why He “Can’t Look Down” At The Love Below
As an early Christmas gift to his fans, Anthony David released the video for his new single “Can’t Look Down,” which is off his latest set Love Out Loud.
The clip finds the singer-songwriter high up in the clouds, falling for love and David takes viewers along for the ride.
“The idea is based off of what we were talking about when the song was written, which is the hot air balloon concept,” he told CBS Local. “I went to Asheville North Carolina and shot it… Imagine the best time of the year in a hot air balloon, the fall colors and the beautiful mountains around it.”

David also stretched his wings as director. But once up in the sky, he said the shots took care of themselves.
“As a director of the video, it was [about] getting that scenery and that right location,” David said. “When you get up in a hot air balloon it sells itself. A beautiful city like Asheville North Carolina and the mountains. I wanted to get out of the way of the work that was already there. Just don’t mess it up.”
