Years before Colin Kaepernick led the San Francisco 49ers to the Super Bowl, he was a high school kid overlooked by colleges across the country.
Drafted in the 2nd Round of the 2011 NFL Draft, he solidified himself as the backup to Alex Smith, and then halfway through this season, got his chance to fill in because of injury.
He hasn’t looked back, and has ensured he’ll never get overlooked again, including by the ladies.
After getting his big break mid-season against the Rams and then following that up with a breakout performance against the Bears, Kaepernick ditched his girl; trading her in for a model.
