In Brockton, Mass., the father of 9-year-old Luis Rivera Jr. (a.k.a. Lil Poopy) is being investigated for child abuse or neglect by the state child welfare officials after a recent music video was released featuring the child.
In the video, the fourth grader “Lil Poopy” is seen rapping about materialism and slapping a woman’s butt in a sexually suggestive manner. The boy’s father, Luis Rivera, stated his son is acting and not doing anything wrong.
