Lil Wayne‘s daughter, Reginae Carter, is writing a new chapter in her young life. After trying her hand at music with the OMG Girlz, she has connected with Baby‘s daughter for a novel entitled Paparazzi Princesses.

Reginae and Bria Williams (Baby’s daughter), both 14, will be releasing their debut novel in June as part of Cash Money Content, the company run by Baby. Lil Wayne showed his support for his and Baby’s daughter via a press release.

“I’ve got to be honest,” he said in a press release obtained by HipHopDX. “It’s inspiring to see what these girls have done. It wasn’t easy, and they did it all by themselves. ‘Proud’ doesn’t even begin to describe how me and the ‘Birdman’ feel. I can’t wait for everybody else to experience their story.”

The two new authors did have some help along the way. The book is a collaboration with author Karyn Folan, who also co-authored Priceless Inspirations, the memoir of Reginae’s mother Toya Carter Wright. While Folan surely played a key role, the description of the young adult novel that appears on publisher Simon & Schuster’s website echoes the lives of the teen authors.
