Friendship is one of the greatest assets you can have in your life, and childhood friends are the best.
“Last Vegas” is the funniest and quickest 90 minutes you will ever experience.
The story line centers on four childhood friends — Archie (Morgan Freeman), Paddy (Robert De Niro), Sam (Kevin Kline) and Billy (Michael Douglas) — who are now in their 60s. The four of them travel to Las Vegas to celebrate a bachelor party for Billy, their last remaining single pal and sworn bachelor.
The group heads to Sin City with the promise to relive their glory days, but soon finds that things aren’t going to go as planned.
So picture this movie as “The Hangover”, but for the AARP generation!
Director Jon Turteltaub is a master of comedic proportions when directing his films (“Cool Runnings”, “National Treasure”).
I truly enjoyed this movie and I will be seeing it at least two more times.
I give it five stars.
See you at the concession stand!
