Will Smith Joins Jimmy Fallon for the ‘History of Hip-Hop Dancing’

Jimmy Fallon made the move to a different time slot this week as host of the legendary Tonight Show.  With Jay Leno’s retirement as commander, Fallon took the reigns to appease the show’s current viewers and hopefully reign in new ones.

During his first episode, he had guests Robert DeNiro, Will Smith, Kim Kardashian, Rudy Giuliani, Mariah Carey, Mike Tyson and more.  Thankfully, the talk show host kept some of his notable segments like “The History of…” which has previously featured Justin Timberlake.  This time, he gave viewers a special treat by reminiscing on “The Evolution of Hip-Hop Dancing” with some help from actor and rapper, Will Smith.

“This is really huge,” Smith admits to Fallon when he took the couch later in the show. “People are coming for you. ‘The Tonight Show’ is big, but people are coming because of your heart.”

While Fallon is taking over for Leno, SNL-alum Seth Meyers will take the spot as host for Late Night.
