Chris Brown is being sued by a man who claims the singer beat him, broke his nose and yelled homophobic words at him.  He is filing a lawsuit on the same D.C. charges that Brown currently faces.

The man, Parker Adams, alleges that Brown screamed, “I ain’t down with that gay s***” at the W Hotel in Washington, D.C. in October 2013.  This is the same night another man claimed Brown beat him outside the hotel.  The singer is currently awaiting an April 17 trial in D.C. for misdemeanor assault.

Adams is asking for $1 million from Brown, $1 million from his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy and an extra $500,000 each for punitive damages.

According to Brown, Adams led the aggression and claims he nor his team are at fault.  It seems Adams tried to jump into a picture Brown was taking with two of Adams’ friends, which led to the alleged beating.

The investigation is still on-going.
