It was a moment Mama Joyce has been fighting hard to avoid but Kandi Burruss and fiancé have decided on the perfect day to walk down the aisle.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta clan have been fighting to keep the two lovebirds from taking the big step. Mama Joyce even suggested Tucker was cheating on Burruss with her close friend, Camron.
But April 4 will see the end to the objections as the two walk down the aisle. Cameras will roll and Mama Joyce has vowed not to stand up and forever hold her peace.
“I am not excited but I am going. It’s not my wedding,” she tells RadarOnline. “If she is happy then I am happy for her. If that’s who she wants to marry then I’m happy. As long as she is happy I am happy.”
But the question everyone has been asking is if she’ll make a scene when the Preacher ends with ‘or forever hold your peace.’ “I’m not going to stand up when they ask if anyone has any objections. I don’t have anything to say. Everyone knows how I feel.[…] I hope that I can say ‘I’m glad Kandi didn’t listen to me and this is the man she has been waiting for all her life’.”
But what could have pushed Mama Joyce to suddenly lay silent on a topic she is very openly against? Children.
“Their father doesn’t make no difference to me. If she adopted, had another child with Todd, I will love it,” she admits.
Bravo cameras will be on scene when the two say “I do.”
