After getting kicked out of rehab for touching a woman at the center, the judge ruled on Monday night that Chris Brown must  stay in jail until his hearing on April 23.

Originally, the judge ordered Brown to a 90-day rehab stay until he figured out if Brown violated probation in the Rihanna case, but as soon as he was kicked out of rehab, the judge had the singer arrested.

The judge believes Brown has the “inability to stay out of trouble” and will now sit in a cell until his criminal assault hearing in Washington, D.C.

As previously reported, Brown was booted from his rehab facility for violating three rules during his stay: staying two-feet from all women, refusing to take a drug test and mocking the rehab program.  Evidently, Brown said during one of his group sessions that he was “good at using guns and knives,” which was troublesome for the staff.

The judge refused bail after telling Brown he had “repeated opportunities by this court” to set himself straight and failed them all.

TMZ is reporting that Brown is in solitary confinement for 23 hours of the day, giving him an hour to leave his cell.  Plus, he only gets one shower every two days and ample time to work out and read library books in his cell.
