Rapper-turned-pastor Mase, whose post-music path has been a lucrative career in preaching the secrets to a successful marriage, filed for divorce on Jan. 2 citing irreconcilable differences.
After 12 years of marriage, Mase and wife Twyla Betha, who is also a preacher, decided to separate in late 2013.
But after filing for divorce in January, Mase had a change of heart and rescinded his petition just before Valentine’s Day.
The couple have built a career giving advice on secrets to marriage success, publishing a book called “What Do You Do After I Do?”
It’s possible the divorce would have put a crimp in their success as a loving, lifetime couple so both have decided to end their petition for divorce.
Mase has made no comment on whether or not his change of heart is related to such.
