It’s a custody battle that has had Ludacris in a bind since his two-year-old daughter was born, but it doesn’t seem like it’s getting much better for the rapper.
In new documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Luda has been sentenced to pay $35,000 to his baby mama, Tamika Fuller which includes her legal fees.
The suit also shoots down Ludacris’ attempt to hold Fuller in contempt of court.
“The Petitioner shall pay the Guardian ad Litem’s initial retainer of $7,500.00, to be replenished to the full amount when depleted to $1,500.00,” the final documents stated. “The Guardian ad Litem shall be billed at a rate of $325.00 per hour. The retainer shall be paid directly to the Guardian ad Litem within 14 days of the entry of this order.”
Last month, Fuller met with a judge to ask that her attorney fees be covered by Ludacris.
Not only did the judge rule in favor of Fuller, but also said he had to pay her $35,000 in addition to any previous monies, expenses and attorney fees.
Ludacris must pay within 10 days.
