Comedian and actor Mike Epps is accused of punching a woman in the face during Wednesday night’s premiere of “Haunted House 2″ in Los Angeles, Calif.

According to the victim, Simone Shepherd, Epps punched her during an after-party at Lucky Strike in downtown L.A.  Epps claims to have never touched the woman.  Soon after the alleged incident, Shepherd filed a police report that notes she showed no signs of injury.  Later, Shepherd took a photo showing a bloated right cheek.

Supposedly, Shepherd used to work as a ghost writer for Epps and confronted him about something during the party.  When he asked for privacy, he claims she grew belligerent and threw a drink at him and his wife.

Other sources claim Shepherd and Epps used to share a romantic relationship.

The case is currently under investigation.
