The Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services is closing their investigation into Will and Jada Pinkett Smith after a picture of 13-year-old daughter Willow Smith with a 20-year-old actor was posted on social media.

According to RadarOnline, the police opened the investigation in early May and talked to the Smith parents as well as the 20-year-old actor, Moises Arias.

Now, CPS is looking to close the case due to lack of evidence that Willow was in any danger with the man, including physical or emotional abuse.  In order to prevent such incidents from occurring again, both parents have agreed to monitor their children’s social media accounts and encourage them not to post personal photos.

The parents came under scrutiny when the photo was posted and immediately removed showing Willow in jeans and a t-shirt laying over the covers on a bed with Arias, who was shirtless under the blanket.  Jada commented after the incident, believing the entire thing was completely innocent.
