The longstanding custody battle between actress Halle Berry and ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey has reached a settlement.

A judge ruled on May 30 Berry must pay $16,000 a month in child support for 6-year-old daughter Nahla, which equals about $200,000 a year.  In conjunction with child support, the actress is also expected to pay Nahla’s tuition.  The payments must continue until the young girl turns 19 or graduates high school, whichever comes first.

But the judge didn’t stop there.  Further, she must retroactively pay $115,000 to Aubrey as well as cover his $300,000 in attorney fees.

The couple have been battling custody of the child since 2012, when a judge blocked Berry’s motion to bring Nahla to Paris to live with her and her current husband Olivier Martinez.

Berry and Martinez also have an 8-month-old son.
