Adam Levine, Behati Prinsloo Marry in Mexico
Maroon 5 frontman and “The Voice” coach Adam Levine broke hearts this weekend when he tied the knot with model Behati Prinsloo in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on Saturday.
Prinsloo walked down the aisle in a Marchesa gown as Maroon 5 bandmate James Valentine played an acoustic guitar as guests arrived at Flora Farms.
The 300 guest wedding included a slew of famous faces including Jason Segel, Jonah Hill, Robert Downey, Jr. and models Erin Heatherton and Coco Rocha. A source at the wedding admits the fun, laid back ceremony was full of laughs.
According to E!, Hill officiated the wedding while Prinsloo’s minister father gave the blessing during the ceremony. While the lavish affair proved to be a true princess experience for Prinsloo, her and her new husband asked that friends and family donate to the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles in lieu of gifts at the ceremony.
The couple have been engaged since July 2013, dating a year on-and-off before popping the question. People‘s “Sexiest Man Alive” told news outlets he hadn’t planned on ever getting married. “I still don’t think you have to get married, unless you meet someone that makes you want to marry them,” he told Jay Leno last October.
The rehearsal dinner included a 100-guest beach party complete with fireworks, small tee pees, twinkling lights and a margarita bar.
