Lil’ Mo is taking the dive into publishing with the upcoming release of her part memoir, part tell-all book hitting shelves this fall. The book will feature the ups-and-downs of the self-proclaimed Godmother of R&B.
The book, entitled Taming Lil’ Mo, chronicles her near death assault to claiming fame atop the Billboard charts.
“Taming Lil’ Mo is a book about my life, trials and tribulations. If you think you know me, you have no idea and I’m not holding back,” she says of the upcoming memoir. “This book will enlighten you and make you raise an eyebrow at the chaos I’ve endured over these past years. It’s witty and there are moments where you may grab a tissue. The media and television outlets can only give you a glimpse into my life, but I’m here to tell you the truth… it’s my story and I’m spilling the tea.”
The book is available for pre-order now at http://www.taminglilmo.com as well as ebooks on Amazon, Nook and Kindle.
Lil’ Mo has worked with top-selling artists Missy Elliott, JAY Z, ODB and Fabolous as well as vocal credits with Tamar Braxton and Whitney Houston. She also appears on the hit reality show “R&B Divas.”
