Snoop Dogg Admits to Smoking Marijuana at the White House
In an episode of his online show “GGN: The Double G News Network,” Snoop Dogg admitted to late night host Jimmy Kimmel he once smoked a marijuana joint in the White House bathroom.
Recounting the experience, Snoop says he asked the CIA or the FBI or “one of the alphabet boys” if he could use the restroom at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. NW. Security asked, “What are you going to do? No. 1 or No. 2?” to which he replied the latter.
But, before he was rushed off to the bathroom, he admitted to security “When I do No. 2, I usually, you know, have a cigarette or I light something to get the aroma right.” Of course, they weren’t explicitly okay with the rapper smoking and suggested he light a piece of napkin.
“I’ll do that,” Snoop said, as he held up a marijuana joint. “The napkin was this.”
Snoop didn’t say whether President Obama or the First Lady were nearby, but USA Today confirmed Snoop Dogg, real name Calvin Broadus, was at the White House before the Kennedy Center Honors in December.
Recently, D.C. has decriminalized marijuana possession under one ounce, citing offenders with a $25 fine instead of jail time.
