Nicki Minaj received backlash for her explicit single cover “Anaconda.” Minaj responded to the controversy on social media by comparing the single cover to previous Sports Illustrated covers with Victoria’s Secret models exposing their not-so-voluptuous behinds. Minaj captioned, “Acceptable?” under the Sports Illustrated cover, while posting “Unacceptable” alongside her own cover.
Pras, formerly of The Fugees, was sued by his ex-girlfriend for child support of his 4-year-old son Landon. The Fugees star was referred to as a dead beat dad by his ex, yet Pras argued his son shouldn’t be living in a shoebox. Pras will testify in court in September.
Wiz Khalifa called out Tyga for dropping out of the Under the Influence tour at the last minute. Khalifa explained that artists shouldn’t conduct themselves in a manner of unreliability, saying, “I felt like that was just corny, man, that was a wack move.”
Ray J was arrested for grabbing a woman’s breast in Beverly Hills. The 33 year-old singer allegedly spit on police once they arrived to break up the disturbance. According to TMZ, the whole fiasco left Ray J facing 10 charges- four counts of resisting arrest, three counts of assault and battery, two counts of vandalism and one count of sexual battery.
