Kanye West Thanks Chance the Rapper for ‘Coloring Book’ Collaboration

Kanye West, a man not well known for humbling himself, recently shared his appreciation for the opportunity to work on Chance’s new release, Coloring Book.

“My brother Chance!!! Thank you for letting me work on this masterpiece. One of my favorite people,” West wrote on Twitter alongside a link to Chance’s music on iTunes.

West appears on the first ‘Coloring Book’ track, “All We Got,” which also features the Chicago Children’s Choir. Other collabs include Justin Bieber, Future, T-Pain, Jeremih, Francis & The Lights, Young Thug, Lil Yachty, Towkio, Knox Fortune, Jay Electronica, his cousin Nicole, Kirk Franklin, Eryn Allen Kane and Noname.

Chance the Rapper showed his own gratitude to his Kanye on the song “Blessings (Reprise).” “I’m pre-currency, post language/Anti-label, pro-famous/I’m Broadway Joe Namath/Kanye’s best prodigy/He ain’t sign me but he proud of me,” he raps.

Previously, Chance guested on “Ultralight Beam,” the opening track of West’s album The Life of Pablo.
