Less than 24 hours after being released from jail for an alleged assault with a deadly weapon, Chris Brown dropped the new song “What Would You Do.”

The commercial pop track is clearly about a troubled relationship, and Brown sounds like he’s pretty riled that he’s losing someone he loves.

“I’ve got some questions, some questions for you/ I need some answers, answers from you,” he sings before getting more personal. “What do you do, fighting for your life when no one’s on your side?/ I can’t stand to lose you, see you’re in too deep with nowhere to hide.”

Brown was released on $250,000 bail Tuesday night after being arrested earlier that day. Police showed up at his house in Tarzana, California following a call from a woman who said he had threatened her with a gun.

Brown refused to allow officers into the house, but surrendered hours later after police served him with a warrant.
