Singer Chris Brown’s assault case is going forward after a judge in Washington on Monday rejected a request to dismiss it.
Chris Brown is being sued by a man who claims the singer beat him, broke his nose and yelled homophobic words at him. He is filing a lawsuit on the same D.C. charges that Brown currently faces.
On Monday Brown appeared in a Los Angeles court to decide if the alleged D.C. assault charge violated his probation.
